District Manager – Field Sales & Merchandising

Position Summary

This role is responsible for delivering service excellence within their own assigned stores while also supervising a field team, providing mentorship and support to ensure client and team key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute client strategy/strategies
  • Supervise a field team
  • Recruit team members – conduct interviews, extend job offers and complete employment contracts for the team
  • Deliver training – conduct in-field coaching days (60% of the team trained each month), organize regular team meetings and ensure effective communication with representatives
  • Conduct weekly business reviews with the Regional Manager
