District Sales Manager, Central & East Area

Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at RW&CO you will report to The Director of Sales and Operations, and lead a group of stores within the Central & East area . You will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence, as well as delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.

Day in the Life (What you’ll do)

• Drive Store and Store Manager Performance by leading effective store visits (in person & virtually) which are focused on driving behaviors that will enable store teams to meet financial goals and uphold visual initiatives.
• Identify themes in product performance across your assigned district with a goal to create and align a merchandising plan to excel and remain competitive within the market.
