Role Overview

As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a district of up to six mall locations, overseeing and developing Store Managers and their teams to drive sales, meet key performance indicators, and maintain Neo’s high standards. You will manage profitability, optimize customer acquisition costs, mentor sales staff, and maintain operational excellence across your district, traveling extensively within the area.
