In this role, you will play a key leadership role in driving Pandora’s commercial success across our store network. You will oversee the implementation of sales strategies across your assigned region, ensuring sales targets are met while safeguarding the brand image. You will supervise the activities of Regional Sales Managers, guiding them to drive operational excellence, optimize store performance, and ensure alignment with both global and local business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to build effective partnerships across multiple channels. You will act as a critical bridge between stores, franchise partners, retailers, and internal teams, ensuring consistent execution of commercial strategies and delivering outstanding results.
