Role: DNS Lead / Architect (End-to-End Ownership)

Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid)
Mode: Contract

Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DNS architecture & operations (InfoBlox, BIND, Azure DNS, Route 53) across enterprise environments
• Design highly available DNS integrated with Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
• Define DNS security standards (DNSSEC, DDoS protection, AAA integration like TACACS/RADIUS)
• Own incident, problem, and change governance with strong RCA and service improvement focus
• Collaborate with network (Cisco), cloud, and application teams for critical service delivery
• Drive automation & AI‑led DNS operations (predictive monitoring, auto-remediation)
• Act as client-facing SME for audits, architecture, and transformation initiatives
