Role Description
Join Drive the Future Program in Mexico if you are a student in your last 2 years of University. In this opportunity, the Investment Banking team, is looking for a new participant. The team is responsible for generating and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions, public share offerings and debt issuances in local and international market.
Job Responsibilities:
Participation in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and share offering transactions
Industry & Market research
Preparation of internal and client presentations
Economic, financial and corporate analysis of companies
