Your responsibilities will include extensive travel for store visits, daily coaching sessions, and managing payroll accuracy. You will also engage in team recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive monthly sales and operational targets in your district • Travel for regular store evaluations and support • Coach Store Managers and Sales Advisors daily • Monitor inventory management processes effectively • Foster productive relationships with Loblaw staff
