Lead and inspire as a Dynamic Assistant Manager in retail. Cultivate a high-performance culture while driving sales through customer engagement and operational strategies.

Focused on team development, you’ll recruit and support Brand Associates, encouraging growth through coaching. Your leadership will help maximize efficiencies and deliver results in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales through strategic customer engagement
• Recruit, train, and motivate retail staff
• Oversee the effective implementation of action plans
• Ensure standards of customer service are met
• Manage community outreach initiatives for the brand
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ management experience in retail
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
