Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and hands‑on E‑commerce Growth Manager to lead and optimize our Shopify ecosystem. This role goes far beyond basic website management. You will be responsible for improving conversion rates, increasing average order value, implementing AI and automation tools, optimizing retention strategies, and continuously finding new ways to grow revenue. You should come in with ideas daily, identify opportunities independently, test improvements constantly, and take ownership of e‑commerce growth without needing constant direction.
