E Invoicing Support Analyst Airdrie

Tourmaline Oil Corp. (Tourmaline) is Canada’s largest natural gas producer focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

We are currently looking for an E-Invoicing Support Analyst to join our team full time in our Calgary office. This role will report to the Manager, Finance Systems and Data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and business support on our e-invoicing platform and modules (OpenInvoice/OpenTicket/OpenContract Pricebook).
• Support the phase II rollout of OpenContract Pricebook; prepare new Pricebooks from approved bids, work with business teams to train staff and transition maintenance to the business.
• Regular touchpoint sessions with both field and office coding and admin staff to provide training, understand issues and answer questions.
