Role Description
Explore an Analyst role with our Real Estate Debt team in Edmonton, Alberta, focusing on mortgage evaluations and risk analysis. Work closely with Origination and Underwriting teams on loan funding.
Reporting to the Director of Underwriting, this position requires a strong foundation in finance and some prior experience in the real estate sector. Responsibilities entail assessing medium complexity loans and determining their overall viability while managing risk factors effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Complete assessments for prospective mortgage loans • Facilitate the underwriting of commercial loan requests • Compile credit applications for approvals • Measure mortgages against internal lending benchmarks • Present loan structures to external lenders
