Educational Assistant

Location: Eastview Middle School

Two positions, 30 hours weekly each

August 24, 2026 to June 30, 2027

The successful applicant will provide support to students in middle school.

Desirable qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent education is an asset
• Experience or training in supporting children with diverse and complex needs or behaviours is preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to creating a positive learning environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable assisting students with personal care needs, including toileting and lifting as required

A current vulnerable sector criminal record check will be required of new employees.
