Role Description
Elevate your career at Regent Christian Academy as an Educational Assistant. This part-time role is dedicated to providing individual support and fostering a Christian environment for academic and character development.
At RCA, you’ll assist in managing classroom dynamics while working closely with students on their Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Your mentorship and supervision will help ensure students thrive during their learning experiences at either the Sullivan or Cloverdale campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with students to implement IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers for effective classroom management
• Mentor students in their spiritual and character development
• Supervise student activities during all school transitions
Requirements:
• Certification as an Educational Assistant or equivalent
• Active involvement in a Bible-believing church community
