Role Overview
The EHS Specialist (Nuclear Fuel Assembly) provides direction and assistance to the Nuclear Fuel Assembly Operations and supports the site in meeting environmental, health, safety, and regulatory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the facility’s environmental programs (air, water, waste) ensuring compliance with environmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement the facility’s radiation protection and industrial hygiene programs ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate the functions of the As-Low-as-Reasonably-Achievable (ALARA) Committee and Beryllium Committee.
