EHV TL and Substation Design

Principal Accountability/ Key Result Areas End-to-End System Design & Engineering Review Lead the design and engineering review for EHV Transmission Lines (up to 400kV), 33kV Wind & Solar EBOP, and Substations. Validate SLDs, layout drawings, earthing, lightning protection, and auxiliary systems. Ensure designs are robust, optimized, and aligned with technical specifications. Note: Completed basic & detailed engineering of approx.- 1.5GW capacity projects. Electrical System Calculations & Optimization Perform and validate system studies: Short Circuit, SCF (Short Circuit Force), Sag-Tension, Ampacity, and Loss Calculations. Review cable sizing, transformer sizing, battery & UPS sizing, and system protections. Optimize designs to improve system efficiency, reduce losses, and lower project costs.
