**We are looking for Import Export Agent.
****General activities**:- These positions will support the daily Northbound and Southbound operations, such as freight coordination, crossing of goods to US, overseeing the back and forth of the process.
- Coordinate, schedule and manage reports on incoming shipments.
- Schedule and monitoring purchase orders for the warehouse.
- Warehouse monitoring of load volume and aging to ensure effective work scheduling and completion.Reconcile daily to verify status and ensure complete visibility.Ensure prompt receipt of specific purchase orders- Point of contact between carriers and scheduling, consolidation, expediting and deceleration processes.Provide information on changes to delivery transit times and schedules.Change and adjust purchase order delivery dates as needed- Resolve site-related issues (paperwork, reject or late deliveries, etc.)- Understand suppliers' operations process, capacity and delivery limitations and communi...
