Electrical Design Engineer

1. JOB SUMMARY:

This individual designs electronic modules and instrument clusters that operates in an automotive environment. The individual shall also write product specifications, generate other applicable documentation, do customer presentations, prepare quotations, coordinate lab testing, travel when required, coordinate and provide validation, reliability and production support. Programming using C-language to support testing of microprocessor based products. The work is done in a team environment involving cooperation with customer marketing, quality, validation, mechanical, production and PCB layout individuals. Perform internal audits to comply with Annual Program (if you are appointed internal auditor). Initiates continual improvement within IATF 16949 and follows environmental requirements within ISO 14001. To fulfill the roles and responsibilities related to the protection of the environment.
