Electronics Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Component Assembly:
  • Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Use precision hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to perform intricate assembly tasks
• Soldering and Wiring:
  • Perform soldering tasks to connect and secure electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Follow wiring diagrams and instructions to connect and route wires and cables within electronic assemblies
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct visual inspections of components and finished assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies during the assembly process
• Testing and Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct functional tests on completed electronic assemblies
