Elementary English & Math Teacher

Oxford Learning Bayview Woods is hiring a Part‑time Elementary English & Math Teacher/Tutor located in North York, Toronto, Ontario.

This is an in‑person teaching role that requires commuting to the Bayview Woods campus. No relocation package is offered, and vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Position Requirements

• Work hours: after‑school and evening slots (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and some Saturdays (10:00 am – 1:00 pm).
• Commitment to the entire school year; summer work is preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Prior tutoring experience is highly valued.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fourth‑year university students with substantial tutoring experience may be considered.
• Teaching certification is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of the Grades 1–8 math curriculum.
