Email & DLP Security Specialist (Montreal)

A select number of positions require full-time in-office attendance.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Security Manager, this individual contributor role will drive the development, implementation and maintenance of DLP and email governance standards. You’ll need to be a self‑starter who can identify security gaps, develop solutions, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of DLP and email governance standards.
• Develop messaging and collaboration security standards and guidelines, managing security policies for various Email and DLP solutions.
• Manage and maintain email security and DLP tools.
• Work closely with SOC, Systems, Compliance and other teams to implement security measures and ensure consistent application of security policies.
