Role Description
Join the healthcare team in Listowel and Wingham as an ED Physician. Offering part-time, full-time, or locum positions with competitive pay for various shift types in Southwestern Ontario.
Listowel Memorial Hospital and Wingham & District Hospital are seeking ED Physicians to cover shifts in their rural hospitals. This role requires ATLS and ACLS certifications, while prior rural ED experience is a plus. Both hospitals provide opportunities for 24-hour and 12-hour shifts with premium rates, focusing on quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover the ED at Listowel Memorial and Wingham hospitals
• Provide acute medical care to patients
• Perform collaborative treatment alongside medical staff
• Choose between 24-hr and 12-hr shifts
• Leverage on-site CT for diagnostic support
Requirements:
• Must have ATLS and ACLS certifications
• Rural emergency department experience preferred
