• Monitor activities for annual benefit plan renewals
• Develop aligned benefits programs considering legal aspects
• Act as a consultant to various internal teams
• Coordinate tenders and contract renewals with partners
• Produce benchmarking reports for strategic decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential
