Role Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals find suitable employment? Do you thrive on building connections and fostering relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Employment Broker!
The Employment Broker will primarily facilitate the placement of willing job seekers into long term sustainable employment opportunities. This role will involve facilitating job clubs, conducting job preparedness sessions and reverse marketing (cold and warm leads) to support job seekers in securing positions. This role will be working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis based between our Coburg and Fitzroy sites (travel required).
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
