In this dynamic role, you will support the operational demands of the Business Development team while gaining comprehensive exposure across various departments. Undertake responsibilities such as warranty tracking, product documentation updates, and training coordination to foster a knowledgeable retail team and ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute warranty processes and ensure accurate claims
• Track warranty records and flag compliance issues
• Provide administrative support to the Retail and Product Experience Manager
• Create engaging product launch and training materials
• Deliver monthly Voice of Customer reports and insights
Requirements:
• University/College Degree in relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or operations
