Weekend availability is essential, with a focus on previous customer service experience. In this role, you’ll leverage your communication skills to create rapport while being resourceful and detail-oriented. You’ll manage member inquiries and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and welcome members and guests daily
• Assist with fitness-related inquiries and suggestions
• Process day passes quickly and accurately
• Keep lobby and café areas stylishly clean
• Maintain accurate records in the management system
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields is an asset
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must hold current CPR/First Aid certification
