Key Responsibilities:
• Thank and connect with current supporters
• Invite new donors to participate in initiatives
• Promote monthly giving options during conversations
• Cultivate a supportive and engaging team environment
• Attend workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service background
• Available to work 1:00pm-10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am-5:00pm Fri
• Occasional Saturday availability is necessary
