Role Description
Lead the Measurement Data Engineering team as an Engineering Manager based in Vancouver. Focus on building high-performing teams and improving engineering processes while supporting exceptional data capabilities.
In this full-time role, you will take charge of a skilled group of data engineers, guiding their growth and performance in a collaborative environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Engineering Leadership, Product, QA, and Client Enablement to align team priorities and deliver impactful results. This position emphasizes both engineering management and offers hands-on development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead regular 1:1s and performance reviews for data engineers
• Enhance team effectiveness and collaboration across regions
• Align project priorities with Product, QA, and Engineering teams
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous learning
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and development initiatives
