About Company
Our client is a fast-growing AI startup backed by top-tier global and regional venture capital, with 20+ enterprise clients already in production, including some of Indonesia's most recognized brands across aviation, hospitality, and automotive. Their product is AI-powered sales agents that run real sales operations for enterprises over WhatsApp and Instagram, at 99%+ conversation accuracy.
The Role
This isn't a farming role. You hunt, qualify, run discovery, solution, negotiate, and close — end to end. You own the full enterprise sales cycle and a quarterly new MRR target from day two.
Beyond closing, you'll document what currently lives in the founder's head into a repeatable enterprise sales playbook : ICP, qualification criteria, pricing approach, objection handling. Over time, you'll define the SDR function, help hire for it, and grow into leading the broader BD and sales team.
