We are seeking passionate and engaging tutors to join our team at the Kip McGrath Education Centre in Belconnen. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified or soon-to-be qualified Early Childhood and Primary teachers who bring energy, positivity, and a genuine love of teaching.

At Kip McGrath, we are dedicated to helping students aged 5–15 build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy. Our goal is to support students to catch up, keep up, and reach their full potential—both in school and beyond.

Our unique approach combines one-to-one teaching within small group settings, allowing tutors to deliver explicit instruction, provide targeted feedback, and tailor learning to each student’s individual needs and pace.
