Objective

The Sustainability & Energy Management Specialist oversees the organization's energy management strategy and initiatives on a regional scale. The primary focus of this role is to optimize energy consumption, promote sustainability, and drive innovative solutions to reduce carbon footprint. The role will collaborate with various stakeholders, executive leadership, and plant staff, to ensure regional operations are aligned with industry best practices and environmental & sustainability goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Energy Strategy Development: Drive Energy Roadmap, including power production, sourcing of renewable energies, fuel switch, etc., aligned with the organization’s long‑term sustainability targets and industry‑leading practices.
