General Job Description
The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Folder, Slitter & potentially future machines, as we grow. The Equipment Operator reports directly to the Press Department Manager. Follows all safety procedures, understands all safety equipment, and adheres to the company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Discuss daily workflow with Press Department Manager & Print Transition Coordinator
- Set up Equipment, including the Folder & Slitter to supply rule-up or sample-supplied
- Complete operation of the Folder & Slitter & potential future Machines
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues
