Role Description
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QAD ERP Development Lead with a minimum of 15 years of overall development experience, including a focus on Progress and at least 5 years in QAD ERP development. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the QAD ERP development team and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of our ERP systems. This role requires deep expertise in QAD ERP development and proficiency in technologies such as Qxtend, JSP, .NET, and Tomcat, as well as experience in EDI and QAD EE (Enterprise Edition).
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of QAD ERP developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align development efforts accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and development standards within the team.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of QAD ERP solutions.
