Role Description
AnyVan is looking for a Customer Support (CS) team member to provide multichannel support to our customers. This role focuses on phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Serves as frontline warrior, managing and resolving customer inquiries, focusing on retention and positive relationships.
- Maintains minimal wait times, delivers quick responses and first‑time resolution when possible and meets team goals.
- Utilizes strong active‑listening and questioning skills to assess, manage and resolve queries correctly.
- Escalates complex or highly‑risk issues promptly and appropriately.
- Keeps all parties fully informed until resolution.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Typing speed over 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
