Estimator Assistant (Bilingual)

Currently, we are looking for an **Estimator Assistant** to join us remotely as a full-time employee.

- Fri from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
**Responsibilities**:
- 3+ years of experience in related roles in the Construction industry, remodeling knowledge or prior estimating experience.
- Qualify inbound leads
- Set appointments
- Prepare estimates from field notes/photos
- Follow up with potential customers
- Experience with the following tools: Buildertrend, Jobber, HubSpot, Calendly, Buildertrend, Trello, ClickUp
- Update project timelines
- Request material orders
- Track subcontractor progress
- Document photos and permits.
