Our client, a leading design builder and general contractor who offers full-service construction for ICI projects is seeking an intermediate - senior level Estimator to join their team in various locations including Vancouver BC, Toronto ON and Calgary. The Estimator is responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for projects, including materials and labour. This individual's accuracy is critical to the profitability of the business. Salary range is $90,000 - $120,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.

• Prepare and / or co-ordinate the preparation of full-cost estimates on Conceptual, Design-Build / Construction Management / IPD / Lump Sum or general tender work.
