Estimator-Project Manager

Role Description
Reporting to the President and General Manager, the incumbent directs, plans, and controls the activities of assigned projects to deliver them to clients in accordance with contractual requirements and meet deadlines and budgets. He or she ensures that contracts are executed as tendered and is jointly responsible for the success and profitability of each project.
Responsibilities
- Estimation component:
- Examine available projects in SEAO virtual plan room on a weekly basis to identify opportunities for bid submission.
- Receive and analyze client bid requests, verify feasibility (requirements, processes, deadlines) to decide on bid submission.
- Review documents, plans and specifications; conduct site visits if necessary; conceptualize work stages and estimate quantities, labor costs, equipment, tools and material needs.
