Estimator/Project Manager

ServiceMaster of Midland/Orillia/Barrie/Collingwood is a full service Disaster Restoration company specializing in water, fire and mould mitigation, rebuild services and general contracting. We are currently looking for an Estimator/Project Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.

Project Management

• Attending various sites and prepare detailed scopes and estimates for insurance & non-insurance jobs received
• Respond immediately to emergency insurance and non-insurance claims for losses and determine the cause of losses
• Conduct research and gain a thorough understanding of requirements for restoration projects, and execute work as per the Service Level Agreement
• Confirm deductibles with the client and obtain payment prior to starting repairs
• Manage all components of projects while ensuring customer satisfaction through a timel...
