Role Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of materials needed for tournaments, including but not limited to the prize lists, start lists, and officials documentation.
- Receive and process tournament entries including data entry, payment, verification of memberships and other documentation
- Communicating with relevant parties regarding entries, rules, and logistics
- Aid in the tournament check-in, stall assignments, and daily needs of competitors
- Post-tournament reporting to the governing bodies, including results submission
- Processing final billing for competitors
- Archive tournament records
- Front desk reception (answering our tournament phone lines and directing calls, filing, administrative work)
- Ensuring the companies standard is maintained in respect to all aspects of the tournament operations. This includes but is not limited to customer service, supplies, equipment, building conditions, overall cleanliness...
