Event & Bar Attendant (Casual)

Reporting to the Hospitality Services Coordinator, the Event & Bar Attendant is an enthusiastic, customer service driven position assisting on delivering, servicing and implementing Ancillary and Sport Services ( ANSS ) events across campus. The Event & Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction during events, is diplomatic when dealing with clients and troubleshoots calmly and effectively. This position provides high-quality bartending and concession services during conferences and events that take place at the Red Deer Polytechnic Arts Centre, Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre, and a variety of additional venues across main campus. This position also assists ANSS with a variety of initiatives and projects as required in support of client service excellence.
