Role Description
Elevate guest experiences as the Event Operations Supervisor for ASM Global at Adventist Health Arena. This position requires strong leadership to oversee concession services during events.
In this role, you will supervise a team of concession staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key functions include managing product inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and documenting all relevant operational metrics. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, as you will be the point of contact for personnel during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train concession stand staff
• Ensure all products are well-stocked and presented
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report repairs
• Manage event-related documentation and inventories
• Uphold service standards and food safety compliance
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• 3-6 months management or supervisory background
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
