Excavator Operator - Earthworks

Kidco Construction is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator in our Earthworks Division for the 2026 season.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Possesses 3-5 years of experience operating excavators on civil earthworks projects
• Fine-grade finishing experience using GPS
• Can efficiently operate excavators ranging from 300 to 1250 in size
• Experienced with bulking and efficiently loading rock and haul trucks
• Experience in residential subdivision excavation is a asset
• Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Works well in a team environment and is a team player
• Holds safety certifications (e.g., Ground Disturbance Level 2 Certification) as an asset
• Has reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 driver’s license

Typical Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
