Overview

Our client is seeking an Executive Director in the seniors’ care space. The role will be based full time, in office (5 days/week). This opportunity sits within a highly regarded memory care provider, known for delivering best-in-class, person-centred care. The successful candidate will lead the launch of a brand-new, purpose-built 65-suite dementia care community in a prime, downtown-adjacent Toronto location.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Executive Director with full accountability for operations, performance, and culture
• Lead the end-to-end launch of a recent dementia care community, including systems, processes, and team build-out
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing interdisciplinary team across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
