Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage the CAO's calendar and correspondence
• Prepare meeting agendas and own action-item tracking
• Organize filing systems for project documents
• Drive communication with vendors and contractors
• Maintain financial tracking and budgets in Google Sheets
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum 3 years supporting senior executives
