Role Description
MATRIX is looking for experienced Housekeepers to uphold cleanliness in our remote camp settings. Your role will focus on thorough sanitation and safe work practices at all times.
You will report to the Camp Manager and handle essential cleaning tasks across various camp facilities. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, waste management, and ensuring that all areas comply with hygiene standards. Your attention to safety protocols will be crucial in maintaining a healthy environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all areas, including washrooms and kitchens
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floor cleanliness
• Ensure bed linens and kitchen supplies are properly maintained
• Participate in daily Toolbox meetings
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in a housekeeping role
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
