With 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, you will manage core HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. Your expertise in Ontario employment legislation will be critical as you ensure compliance and drive safety initiatives. Leading with integrity, you'll help cultivate a positive workplace culture.
