Castillo HR Consulting Inc. seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist for a full-time, hybrid position in the Lower Mainland. This role is designed for those passionate about payroll accuracy and compliance.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage full cycle payroll for various clients, ensuring timely payments and adherence to payroll legislation in both Canada and the United States. Essential duties involve maintaining detailed payroll records, preparing reports, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle payroll for multiple clients
• Update employee information and maintain payroll records
• Prepare payroll documentation and manage inquiries
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including CRA and WCB
• Assist in year-end T4 preparation and reconciliations
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
