What you will do
- Responsibility for the implementation of services to be delivered by the contractor under Work Package 2.
- Conducting analyses to identify specific needs and barriers to accessing sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, with a focus on refugees, women, LGBTQI+ individuals, and persons with disabilities.
- Designing, delivering, and evaluating training courses (including in collaboration with the municipalities of Cali/Bogotá), and developing protocols for medical staff and decision-makers on non-discriminatory care and sensitive communication, as well as on the specific needs of vulnerable groups and tailored treatment approaches.
