You will act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex client issues while promoting process enhancements. Your duties will also include coaching associates on standards and managing project execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and support team initiatives
• Act as the primary point for project implementation
• Facilitate case resolution and maintain documentation
