Role Overview

This position assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Face‑to‑Face (F2F) fundraising activities in Colombia under the supervision of the Marketing Implementation Officer and in partnership with the Individual Giving Team.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

  • Plan and design the national F2F strategy, establishing work plans, timelines, and performance targets.
  • Coordinate with the acquisition team to monitor and support the Face‑to‑Face program through specialized agencies.
  • Cultivate a high‑productivity, quality‑oriented work culture for the F2F program with the acquisition team.
  • Develop monthly and annual projections for the program, including human resources, travel, expenses, and productivity.
