Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organize and manage all aspects of internal office moves, receive and process client move requests, coordinate with and schedule vendors, and create and distribute move communications and labels to clients, ensuring the move processes are in accordance with client’s policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support such as answering incoming calls, participating in Workplace Services meetings as well as responding and managing Workplace Services (WPS) emails in a timely manner.
- Create all vinyl names for office and meeting room doors when needed.
- Follow up and complete all Facility Service requests.
- Update FM System as new Associates are on board and floor plans when needed as reconfigurations take place.
